ilsandi National Park performed well at the international competition European Destinations of Exellence.
The Competition "Hidden Treasures of Estonia" was held already for the second time. This time the theme was "Tourism in protected areas". The purpose of the competition is to acknowledge destinations with protected areas, where the specialties of the area and the needs of the local people are taken into account and where visitors are offered exciting tourism products.
Heritage Tours operate in Vilsandi National Park.
